2. Major funding issues the Court system in Oklahoma has today and will it require a curtailment of any services.
3. Major issues he spends "administrative time" dealing with on the Supreme Court.
4. Does he take any cases for disposition while he is Chief Justice or does his other duties prevent that.
5. Even though he may not take any cases, does he still participate in the disposition of cases, including oral argument.
6. Major changes he would like to see lawyers make in presenting oral arguments to the Supreme Court.
7. Based upon his review of appellate records, does he discern any decrease or increase in civility between lawyers and court personnel from his prior experience.
